USSR Discovery RP 23/7 - ~Bolo - 08-24-2013

We created a server USSR Discovery RP 23/7 after the discovery space remained only one server Discovery Sevastopol RP 24/7. But this server is not stable enough . And for those who does not speak English to fully play Freelancer was not where. Now USSR Discovery RP 23/7 works stably enough and Russian players can freely communicate in the space of Sirius.
On the server we simplified production loans ,construction of bases players station, modules and devices.
Made restarts for the main fractions.
New restarts , amended acceptance routes transports and changed paths being transported ore add intrigue in the game

Yesterday on the server updated the mod , and he is currently on version 4.87
