It's been some time since we last spoke with each other, and right now
I wished it was for some better reason.

Overwatch has has got to know that some people were pissed off by you in
Kansas. And before the Admiral starts his own investigations and gives third
class data to me, I thought that it would be nice to listen to your
side of the story first hand.

So, can you tell us what it's all about with you and that so called Natio Octavarium?

Good day.

As you know Cerberus had a long and "interesting" story.

We established small outpost at Wichita in order to observe situation in Kansas.

Due lack of funding, and possible threat from Corona Battlegroup our outpost was reinforced with latest technological achievements which included small shipyard, research facilities, and cutting-edge land-to-space defense systems.

Recent,to be short, NO claims is not so non-expected for us.

We contacted them and offered them assistance with Wichita development, but our simulations telling us that they are just preparing for assault.
