I am High Adept Regulus, an independent Junker.
I have a question and a proposal, but the proposal is dependent on your answer to the question.
Does the Corsair Empire need scrap, both premium and regular, for construction of your fine vessels?
If the answer is yes,
then may i propose a business deal between myself and the honoured Corsair Empire.
I would supply the corsair shipyards with scrap mined from the fields of the bretonians and libertonians, from right under their noses.
In return, all i ask is docking and visitation permissions for corsair installations and a monetary fee which can be negotiated between ourselves.
I await your response.

Whilst I am not able to speak on behalf of the Corsair Council I am able to speak on behalf of the Benitez and I should like to point out that there is already a sum of money that is payable locally at each Corsair base that has a requirement for the materials you have referred to.
The amount of money is determined by the station Commander and it reflects the level of supply that the base might need.
At the same time, should you be shipping goods that are of interest to the Empire you will of course be protected by the Empires Laws.
I would also like to make you aware that the Laws will only protect you as long as you are transporting products deemed useful by the Empire to an Empire base. Such items are listed within the laws here.
You should be aware that making the occasional delivery of items considered as being "useful" does not necessarily make you exempt from all future taxation should you subsequently be discovered within the Empire carrying something not on the list.
