I will be brief here.

The Order is not fond of Junkers operating in deep Omicrons without my approval. There is no scrap for you to salvage or need of your services in place you have no established presence. That saying, keep your ships out before my agents get nervous on the trigger - potential smugglers that far out are treated with increased brutality than what you can experience through for example Bretonian police.

Wayland JSF 06 under Congress papers was the most recent violator.

This is pretty rough verbage - considering we, and by 'we' I mean the Junker's .:j:. Congress, are not turning your guys away from temporary safe haven on our bases.
Are you asking for that to change then?

So I will attempt to contact you via secured comms.
Perhaps we can reach a peaceful resolution since we DO respect the Order.
