As you have all no doubt heard of the Munich crisis thanks to a pair of open Sirius-wide transmissions, I shall forgo an overview of the catastrophy and simply take a moment to point out a potential diplomatic victory that can be won by our Nacion - that being, to offer our own humanitarian aid to these people in their time of need.
Think about it - a chance to gain a small amount of face, however unlikely, with the rest of Sirius, and more importantly certain groups within Rheinland. If they spurn us, well, we were the bigger men and did our part to try and help.
Oh, and...if a bit of friendly espionage should happen along the way, well...such things happen.

We are not givers to some kind of charity, nor do we have much of a presence in Rheinland itself regardless. Hypothetically speaking, if we were to send anything of value down that path, the Military would greet the Outcasts with the greatest of hostility.
