This despicable wretch fired upon me while my vessel was already under attack, at the time I was carrying an experimental cloaking device for a friend and I lost it due to this weasel.
500 Million per kill.
To a maximum of 5 Billion.
Also after each kill you get a free CODENAME gun, one of the following:
2x DIAMONDBACK
2x DARKBLOSSOM
I only have 4 available.

He's a trader, flys a transport.
Last time I was tracking him he was going from Penn > Honshu and back.
