Star wars the old republic Galactic starfighter expansion - Manny Calavera - 10-09-2013
So SWTOR is coming out with a dog fighting expansion pack called galactic star fighter. I don't know how good it will be, but it looks good and I'm excited to play it.

This is not a open universe. See it As disco conn. You connect to a server for mad 12 vs 12. Which i think is very cool.

Umm.. I don't get it. Apparently there are different ships you can fly... but you already have a ship. You're given a corvette-class warship as part of the story, which you can then upgrade and use in PVE space missions. In these missions, you dogfight with dozens of enemy fighters, blow up space stations and capital ships, and in general are an unstoppable force of space destruction.
So given that, why in the world would you instead go into battle in a starfighter, which is much more lightly protected and armed, and has no escape pods?
