In an effort to crack down on the illegal drugs trade in Sirius, the Rheinland authorities have requested assistance from the Liberty dreadnought "daedalus". Sources say that anyone caught trading in the illegal substance Cardamine is likely to be fired upon by this battleship.
In other news, reports suggest that the wanted criminal known as "bandersnatch" has increased his piracy activities, and is now attacking neutral traders. Capt Ichikawa of Samura is quoted as saying "Someone needs to nail this guy. He is friendly with all criminal factions and his demands are extortionate".
