[101st]+75th,[TBH],Benitez, event | Omicron Eta/Lambda - Dimon - 10-22-2013
Date: 26th of October. Saturday 20:00 Server time.
Location: Omicron Eta/Lambda
Factions: Outcasts and Corsairs
Event is in RPG style. Two teams, have to do their quest objectives so to speak.
Background
During a patrol in Omicron Eta, Melissa was able to successfully recon all Corsair strategic positions for an offensive she planned to happen within the week. As soon as she was able, she hailed the office of Estefania Casta to recieve authorization for the mobilization of Ghost capital assets to siege the base later that week.
RP/goals of the event’s members
-Ghost’s capital ships RP/goals:
Ghost capitals are going to be sieging the base from 3k and avoid being destroyed.
-Ghosts/(Lanceries?) Fighters RP/goals:
The Ghost Fighters are tasked with defending the Ghost capitals and keeping the field clear.
-TBH/Benitez’s Capital Vessel RP/goals:
The Corsair capitals will be deployed as soon as the fighter screen protecting the capitals is eliminated or effectively weakened. Once in range, the Corsair capitals are to do as much damage as possible to the Ghost capitals.
-TBH/Benitez’s Assets RP/Goals:
Clear the field of Ghost/Outcast fighter support for their capitals to neutralize the Ghost fleet.
-Outcasts Indie RP/goals:
Indie Outcasts will be on a random patrol, joining the fight a while after its start.
-Corsairs Indie RP/goals:
Corsair indies are random patrol which was already at Etna base, they engaging as soon as they got Outcasts on the scanner.
ATTENTION! The rules of the event are relatively complicated, please re-read it to solidify your comprehension of them
Rules:
- 1. The Outcasts win:
a. When all Corsair snubs are destroyed or neutralized
b. If the Corsairs flee the field and the Mao pocket
- 2. The Corsairs win:
a. If the Outcast capitals are abandoned in the Ragusa nebula
b. If the Outcast’s capitals are destroyed.
- 3. If the one side is left, to follow them and continue fight can only Indies of opposition team.
- 4. Outcast capitals may not engage until their fighters are dead
- 5. Corsairs may engage Outcast capitals, only when all outcast's assets managed to run or died.
- 6. Corsairs cannot use their bases during the fight (You can get to base and dock)
- 7. No docking for refills and returning + Caps can’t supply snubs.
- 8. Do not break any server rules
- 9. Corsairs Capital cannot engage hostile snubs, as Outcasts snubs cannot engage the Corsair cruiser.

Structure of the Event
At 20:00 server time, the Outcasts begin the siege of Etna. The Corsair indies are already there, awaiting the attack and holding time for reinforcements. The officials will be waiting in Lambda for five minutes.

Tl;dr. about actions.
Outcast capitals cannot engage any ships and must be firing on the base to simulate an iRP siege. If the fighter escort of the Outcast capitals is destroyed, the Corsair capitals are cleared to enter the field and open fire on the Outcast capitals. Outcast’s capitals cannot engage any ships, they always shooting base. The Outcast capitals must either die or disengage and may not return fire.
The Corsair capital is to stay 8-10k away from the Outcast capitals waiting for their snubs to clear the Outcast escort. If all the Corsair snubs are defeated by the Outcast snub escort, they, the cruiser will leave and the Outcast indies may follow and engage it.
