Well, as google has once again failed me, thought I'd ask here for any HL2 fans out there. I'm currently looking for a mod that will allow me to play the Half Life 2 single player, but with friends over the net. Coop I guess would be a better term for it. Would anyone know where I could find it? I know it must exist somewhere...

I've tried Synergy actually, but for some reason I'm to clueless how to actually have my server run the Campaign, even after trying all the maps... They didn't seem to have a tutorial on what to do on their websites, nor a support forum. Though, would you happen to know how? ^_^

Half Life 2 single player co-op? There's actually a mod that allows this? Nice! Is it in English though or is it the French/German/Spanish etc version? And how reliable is it?

Well, I've managed to get Synergy to work correctly (took a bit to mod it how I wanted it). How reliable however I'm not sure about yet, still have to test it with a friend.

There's also Obsidian Conflict, which is similar to Synergy.

My brother and I play Synergy quite often, and I like to think that it's quite reliable, but if you ever play the custom maps, some of them are either ridiculous puzzles or just dumb. It allows for the single player campaign, though, and that one is stable, so just download it and join a HL2 Campaign server. 'Tis loads of fun with 8 people.
