Um, nooblet were you being serious about having to join a faction and not buying a cap ship? Because I didn't see anything in the rules (except battleship licenses)... maybe I'm going blind lol

Any nomad samples you find would be appreciated, I grantee that after brief study they will be released into the wild. Unfortunately I can't pay for them.
