not sure this is right place but I recently created a council character by restart council command since council and CR are allied to each other and their info card says the same but I got CR as full red hostile is it a bug ? also apart from info card of stallion being same as that of agama being a VHF why can't we mount class 10 shields on stallion ?

Part of an acknowledged bug/mistake that is set to be fixed with the next server update.
