Where would i find info on, PF rules - Delithor - 11-19-2013
I mean, for example, Bretonia is occupied by Gallia, but, where would i find the, i guess rules to what they can do in those systems.
And so forth for all the other races.

That's what the ID system is for: it instructs players what they are allowed to do with their characters within the framework of the server rules.
