What.

RE: Create New Freelaner Website - Error - 11-24-2013

What indeed.

Anyhow. What are you actually looking for here? I'm not entirely sure whether you're asking for ideas for a Freelancer/Discovery-related web site or service that you could make, or if you want to allow others to use your domain for their own sites. Oooor if you're asking whether or not your domain (..."vb4g.com"?) should redirect to discoverygc.com.

Which one is it?

PS: And I'm also not entirely sure why you're listing a bunch of different programs, programming languages, a database system and a few other things in your post. I'd be more surprised if you didn't have support for any one of those things on your web server, to be honest.

PSS: Except for PHP and MySQL, I guess. Static flat files = best files.

..."best".

EDIT: tl;dr:

Forward it to discoverygc.com, maybe

Install Wordpress on your server, choose a template, write some pages/posts, done.

This is the easiest option I know of, no web design/dev skills required, and you'll get a nice professional looking website.
