Hello folks, if you're interested in a new, but very good RP server for GTA:SA, check out TheGTA:Hood, just about the only GTA:SA server to offer role-playing at any great length.
If you have San Andreas and haven't had a shot of the multiplayer, then give this a go!

Well GTA4 is not out yet, but there is a nice little mod under construction, for SA.
GTA United
It will have not only SA, but GTA3 and Vice City maps too, so it will be HUGE. And the best: it will support multiplayer.
It is only in early beta, but it is worth a try:)

I've been to The GTA Hood. I actually started playing it after I quit disco. But since it crashes everytime I try to start it up now, I don't play anymore. I actually didn't like it that much. Too many DMers, jerkholes, hackers, etc. Sorry Thor.

I tried out this server as well.. They got some really cool scripting.... I think most all of the bugs are worked out, and they are ready to go. I think soon you wont be seeing all the DM'ers that was there in the testing phase, and the RP is kicking in....

Just thought I would give an update.....
The server is working great.. Players are starting to keep steady....
More additions added to the game... Unique RP oppertunities await players...
It is getting very close to a bug free, truely RP server !
The way this server is scripted, I feel it will be one of the most popular GTAMP servers out there! :yahoo:
*Edit* When making new character, you must have First and Last name (eg. John_Smith)
The Admins will help out to get you started.

I always found GTA too violent,,, it is free violence,,,bad thing. I'll stick to spacecraft explosions!
