I've encountered a fair share of 5th on my Liberty chars, my LPI, LN, Xeno and Junker indies.

Also, the identities of major figures such as fleet admirals tends to be public knowledge anyway - perhaps not known to everyone off-hand, but easily found by those who need to know.

Not only does this make no sense given Sindroms seems to be looking for ooRP information for ooRP affairs, I somehow doubt a fleet admiral would be some mysterious person acting from the shadows. It's likely publicly available information anyone could look up.
(Try and look up active high-ranked US military officers, for example, it's not very hard)
