He's an ore trader obviously so you can likely catch him on the Colorado route. This is for 1 time only, for now.

Well,
I was pursuing him, probably would have destroyed him, but a Kusari Police ship showed up. He bade me to stop, so I did and gave him some distance (the transport). I shoulda kept my eye on him, I was about to say something when BAM. That'll be the last time I grant anyone the slightest bit of mercy.

Ahem *cough* well, I consider myself more of a Freelance scoundrel of sorts. Help to some, hindrance to others! On this particular occasion I did make a 'request' for credits from this ship for, uh, guidance, yanno? So, he snubbed me, but its not about the money, this is a matter of...pride.
