Is Connecticut chat good idea? People would instatly find others to train with, instead of waiting in Conn.

Sounds good. Far too often I see somebody in Connecticut but when I pick a ship and jump there the system is already empty.

Umm...why? It's not like Conn is ever short of players. Factions go in their in their masses to train as it is. People would just join and leave like it's a prostitute's vagina.
