SHIP HISTORY:
The Terra Nova was ordered for construction by Captain Louis Hall in order to conduct research for Sirius Utility Shipping Agency in a decentralized location and to survive in deep space for long periods of time without the need to supply. Sometime in her construction the AI vessel Explorer One was dismantled and integrated into the Terra Nova's design to assist the crew on-board with their work.
On a routine crew training exercise in the Barrier Rim the Terra Nova responded to a distress signal coming from Andron Station, when they arrived they witnessed the destruction of the station and assisted in rescue operations saving a majority of the station's crew. The Terra Nova however is the only vessel that survived the Andron Station Accident in the SUSA Fleet.
