Quick experiment. Following a discussion on TS (that resulted in flaming each other about what we like and don't like) I'm now curious to if anyone else likes them. I know I do.

Cabbage and it's various forms are some of my favorite vegetables. Sprouts are terrific.

Just about any food in the world can be good if your cooking skills don't suck.
Toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast them in a glass pan in the oven at 450 for 45mins, stirring/tossing occasionally,
They come out crispy and awesome.
