I need an accouting/bookkeeping/storage software - sindroms - 02-18-2014 Preferably free. I need to be able to enter a list of items, cost, client details and be able to quickly create invoices-proforma with that data. Being able to export the end result as PDF/Excel is a must. Anyone got something along those lines? RE: I need an accouting/bookkeeping/storage software - Freeroamer - 02-18-2014 Quickbooks ^_^ RE: I need an accouting/bookkeeping/storage software - Deatlev - 02-18-2014 Is this a request for a programmer or do you just want a link? RE: I need an accouting/bookkeeping/storage software - Fifty. - 02-18-2014 Edit: I don't think there are any free good programs out there. Quickbooks as suggested above is not free at all any more. RE: I need an accouting/bookkeeping/storage software - Coin - 02-19-2014 I use Excel. Learn to use formulae, and multi-sheet input and you can even create invoices and embed charts into word. Excel isn't free, but im sure that everyman and his dog would use a cracked copy if they had one. RE: I need an accouting/bookkeeping/storage software - sindroms - 02-19-2014 I am using excel right now, but I need something that keeps track of client data. So for example if I need to export all of them as a backup or see statistics of their purchases and so on. RE: I need an accouting/bookkeeping/storage software - Coin - 02-19-2014 if you use excel, you can export them all into an outlook database, and have an automated entry (macro) system, where you can see their purchase history etc. you only need to set it up once, and then you have the database working the way you want it. |
