Okay, take a good look at the layout of it... then look at this newer faction, and tell me if it doesn't look exactly the same.
This other guy's Faction
Everything, right down to the page portal on the bottom, is copied and pasted. Do I feel cheated? Yes. Yes I do.

Sounds like a trial-by-forum.
Sure, the information is the same, but both pages give information on the faction. I honestly don't see what's so big of a deal about it.
Suck it up, it's not something to start a flame war over. Believe me. An minor irritation at best. If you must, change around your own page. Make it better than theirs.

I understand the frustration that can come out of plagiarism, but why not just talk to them directly and see if you can work on a solution together. Nothing good can come out of this thread though.
EDIT: I'm not saying that this would constitute as plagiarism. I think it's just a misunderstanding.

You've done a pretty decent job at making a layout for faction information.
The only thing that seems to be remotely similar seems to be format, and that's more an aesthetic thing.
They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery - if the other guy actually did use your page as a template for his own faction - which is not entirely certain since it's a pretty logical layout that other factions have also probably used in the past - then just take it for face value as a compliment.

There are two ways you can look at it: A: imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. or B: You have some competition. If you honestly feel you're getting ripped off, then it's up to you to be the better faction & outlive what you think is ripping you off. If the best you can do is "Hrmphh" with a bloated sense of entitlement, then your faction may not be the one that deserves to survive.
Did you even bother to communicate with the other guy about this, or did you just post this thread to create drama to placate your ego?
Competition rocks, boy. prove you can hack it & compete for the concept.
