There should be an updated sector map in the root directory of your Discovery mod files. (Unfortunately positions don't match 100% but all the system links are correct.)

Use the FL Companion, it always has a updated map because it make the map using the files of your game.

I'll use Fl.Companion for now,
but DGC Navmap https://googledrive.com/host/0B-jbiuTm6FjRVUdKSWRnRFlLS0k/navmap/ looked much better, and I would prefer if someone can update that, please please
