Hey am stuck a little do i need 4.86 and then 4.87t
or just 4.87

Just 4.87 along with the Update 6.

Discovery v4.87 core mod files.
Update 6 patch.
Install the mod first, and then apply the patch.
Note: Other servers may not be running the latest Update, in which case they will be greyed-out on the server list, and you will not be able to join them. It is not recommended to use an out-of-date patch due to certain bugfixes only available in the latest patch.
