Anyone know how much time the Recruitment for IMG will be closed?

It is open again when the newly appointed recruitment manager posts there. It should be soon, though.
Another way of getting into the faction is by roleplaying with us on server.
But feel free to drop your application already.
We are looking for players who like cooperation, and can roleplay.
