The launch of the Hawaii, the new state of the art Intedictor Class Battle cruiser. I have been given the honor of both launching this vessel and captaining it. Launch is fast approaching, it's almost time. We are currently preparing her impulse engines for when we move out. Captain to Engine bay, are we done? Yes Sir! We are all ready to go. All systems are nominal and we have no faults. She's ready when you are! Ah, excellent. Commander, disconnect all external lines and mooring points, and prep for launch. Yes Sir, on it! Engines are running smoothly, take her out slowly. Do not hit Juneau Shipyard, we don't want this ship to brake before we've got it into New York! All systems are green. Lets take her over to the Jump Gate. Commander, activate jump sequence. Lets move out to New York! Captain, jump sequence has commenced. We shall arrive in New York in a matter of seconds. In fact, we've completed the jump. Ah good, how are all of our systems? Everything seems to be running fine, Captain. Good, move her out to Norfolk Shipyard. We will pick up our remaining crew and supplies. It's good to see her running so fine.
It's good to see the Hawaii on her maiden voyage. I have nothing else to report. Shut Down Log. Log Shutting Down

User, Williamson J, Authenticating Authentication Successful User Logged in Activating Log Just three days after we launch, we get our first call out to a few Rogue Capital vessels. In fact, these were the Scylla, 3 of them. The Hawaii, Manhattan and the Illinois, both Dreadnought class vessels. We reached the scene and there was only two of them. Simple enough, the two Dreadnoughts engaged and wiped them out quickly and efficiently. The 3rd one appeared out of no where and my ship, the Hawaii took the cruiser on. We downed it quickly and it just goes to show how well this new class of cruiser works. I checked the reports later and they were all fine. I'll upload the Damage report now. Other than that, all systems were green!
