I've noticed this days, server is going down again and again OR my game is broken?
Any help or advice will be great!!

You do not have to worry, it is the server. I think they will fix it, but I am still trying to find information about when that is predicted to happen.
Some of the other servers are also nice. Speaking of that, Discovery of Discovery would be among those if someone fixed the numerous bugs and turned power nerfs off.

It was. Until it became unplayably buggy.
