Took a screenshot of that myself, think it's the aftermath of a DDOS attack.
Just goes to show what lengths the childish will go to in the hopes of messing things up for the rest of us.

DDos doesn't do anything like this.

All I know is it's got something to do with these random attack things that haven't been explained to me (or have been explained somewhere and I haven't looked up the details).
It's just a damn shame that it keeps happening.

I think the most we know is that it's not a concentrated attack on any specific server, but instead a hole in the FLOpenServer (or whatever the program was called) is being exploited/attacked, which is causing trouble for all servers, not just ours.
At least, that's my understanding.
And they probably don't want to tell everybody how exactly it's happening, so that other wannabe trolls don't get any ideas. I'm sure those select people who need to know, know what they need to know.
