So, recently I've looked through faction bank and found some billions I have no idea where to put. Quite obvious choice-reopen faction bounty board, so freelancer will be able to kill enemies of Volksrevolution for money.
But... said freelancers even exist? Cause Reavers won't do it for sure.

Not a good call at the moment.
For hunters, the lack of targets is disappointing.
For the hunted, the frustration of being picked off immediately is high.
Let the server stabilise.
Let player count normalise.
Let your prey get on their feet again... then start hunting.

I feel with current server problems, you shouldnt start it up right away. but I for one enjoy BBs . I feel you can invest in it.

The best thing for activity is trade right?
So if you have too much spare money, how bout stimulating some trade? Normally Id suggest a RP POB, but at this time, POBs may not be a good idea, so how bout making some RP project, like trying to colonise some currently uninhabital planet/asteroid in RHA space, and fund traders/smugglers to bring certain goods for it?
More traders for RH = more oppertunity for activity for RH enemies, = more oppertunity for activity for RH.
Of course with current problems, now is prob not the time anything will work particularly well...
