Those messages were sent directly to that ship. If you saw them, then you must be the pilot of that ship that is now in the Bastille and refused to answer the admin that contacted it.

Ive seen it, I dont know how to reply to it. I tried using /r and just talking in local, no response. Hence I made this thread to contact whoever it was.

Well I logged out when I was docked in tau 23, after I got no reply from the console. So I dont see how that works.
