Not sure why, as it was named on the npc nomad naming system. Select and look at an npc nomad ingame, and it will be called "Nomad -" With the "Nomad" being the iff. So it's name is: "-" or blank. Makes sense because you'd hardly expect a nomad to have a name in english would you? Or even a name?
