SO I'm jumping back into this and unsurprisingly all my ships have been wiped so its time to start again which should be fun... somewhat, I didn't do things efficiently first time around and I don't know how to this time. .87 is a different beast to what I'm used to. Any tips? [/code]

Quite the Same. Mining/Hauling to get some credits. Pew to some extent in certain areas. The evergreen Liberty System and shockingly, now days, at Omicrons !!! Rheinland is pretty much active in Texas (yeah !!) except you won't find them in their own space. Gallia is pretty dead, Bretonia is following it but they got some occasional out-spurts. Kusari is getting some charge with the new BD group at the moment. Unlawfuls prefer to have drink in their station's bar and happy in their shed.
So, Summing it up. Try get some cash, Same mining/hauling stuff. Try P-Scrap. It can make you rich. Get on some Ship and join the action wherever you want. May be join an unlawful or try Pirate (Good luck for the later one) ....
Or else try the Junker side. They got now two sides and both are insanely active (
) !! ... or the all time active IMG ... I might be missing a lot with other factions, but you will get hold of it soon

Dont worry my skills will definitely be even worse now (I didn't even think that was possible) and I nowknow that just flat out following FLcompanion will take me into the coalition guard system and promptly destroy my little Camara with all my money in the cargo. Oops
