The fact that POBs start shooting you after one hit from EVEN A FRAKING MINING ARRAY or a CD is absolutely nonsensical, please get rid of it. Also, for POBs to stop hating you, one needs to wait like 6900 hours.
(Mostly targeted at Long Island, lovelove.)

If you've got problems with a PoB, find out who the owner is and ask them to put your char name on the white list.

I don't believe this fixes the problem. There are many people, like new indy LN, who fire a CD at an escaping smuggler at Manhattan and they start to get rolled by Long Island because a splash of the CD damage went into the weapons platform and dealt 0,2 dmg.
