Omega-49 folks. - Tabris - 06-30-2014
I've been pondering setting up an event between Corsairs, Zoners, SCRA and any Mollys/Hessians who have a stake in the Omega-49 system, however I will require input/suggestions on what KIND of event like should it be a simple brawl, a 'destroy X Transport with Troops/Equipment' or something of that kind.
I would like to invite players involved in the Omega-49 region to speak up here to discuss ideas on what to do and set up a reasonable time for people so very few people are left out due to time-constraints.

I'm not sure why the Zoners would get involved, unless it was something the Zoners were doing. If it was something the Zoners were doing... I don't even know. There aren't really any controversial commodities sold in O-49, and none of the factions have really tried to make an effort to disrupt Zoner trade out of O-49, no matter where it's going. The system has been Neutral-lancer for a while now.
Other than that, it would have to be one of the other factions attacking the Zoners because... reasons. Sort of like what happened a long time ago when the SCRA accused the Zoners of an invisible cruise missile attack on a SCRA station.
The Zoners could try to enact a system-wide NFZ and cessation of hostilities on Gran Canaria or something, but that would require a dramatic shift in the community's attitude as to what Zoners are and what their capabilities are. So far, I haven't had any luck in doing that.
Though I do welcome the suggestion. Maybe... I don't know.. Maybe the Zoners are trying to upgrade Lanzarote into another shipyard, or something?

Let Carlos the artifact shipper ship some artifacts of mutual interest (because they are really pretty), then everyone else would try to steal Carlos' artifacts and things could happen.

Sadly the NFZ does not hold when a group of people break it, on individuals it does. - anyway, I don't see why would you invite the zoners, naturally they'll defend canaria but I don't see any good real ale to participate there, mainly because theres no one to shoot at - and, from past history it has been proven that zoners always end up doing something bad, the hessies ask us to assist them or else we'll lose fp1, the sairs ask us to help them else we lose fp9 or fp5 - same old story, I would avoid using zoners in that event, unless the parties agree not to involve zoners in their war.
