I downloaded the file of the mob and I dont know where to put it (my freelancer is downloaded so I dont have it in my local disc).
Sould I extrect the files with winrar and then put the file in freelancer file in C?
There is no information about this in the site or the fourm.

You need Freelancer Mod Manager
Place it in there and itll do it all after that. But dont use FMM(Freelancer Mod Manager) 1.41
PS you have to activate the mod using that thing. DONT activate any others or you can get banned.
