As i noticed in the Tech Chart,the Bretonia Cruise Liner has 100% energy with a Junker ID.I am wondering if i'm right,and also with Junker guns,still 100% power?

Bretonia Cruise Liner and all liners fall under Civilian tech section that anyone can use, despite the faction they are in (this Liner can use Bretonia guns, additionally?) I believe - with some exceptions. For example, GMG gas transport ship (forgot the name) can be used without problems with Samura or Kishiro IDs.
Still, those are just my thoughts, after checking (not updated, but perhaps still proper) Disco Wiki informations. However, Junker using Bretonian Liner can be... questionable inRP.

This really might be an overlooking, as I thought the Bret Cruise Liner (the red colored one, right?) is a "special" ship, and it has core nerf with even FL ID. It is supposed to be used as a lux liner by OS&C or special ambassador ships by Bretonian factions.

Bretonia Cruise Liner is in the "Bretonia Civilian Ships (Heavy)" category so it should have 75% power core with Junker ID.
Not sure which Junker guns you have in mind but you should be able to use the liner with Bolters or Pirate Transport turrets as they are both generic civilian.

How about Bret Liner with BMM ID? Would that have 100% power? Or Bowex ID.

How about to check yourself? That way you don't need to ask every time you have a doubt. Check this tables, and remember that you must check both to see if you get 100%
ID vs Type of ship/weapons
Ship vs Weapons/Engines/Scanners
Oh, and another thing:
- Liners/Transports are heavy ships
- Freighters/fighters/bombers are light ships
- The ships flown by the police/navy are lawful ships
