A question about mining - Ruud - 07-14-2014

Hello,

I have bought ore from miners in the past and they were capable of putting the ore directly in my cargo bay. I persuaded my son to buy a miner but we haven't found out yet how to do this. Nor did we find manuals that explains this trick. At the moment we use trade requests.

Any helpers, please?

Just ask your son to select you while mining, it will work if any other problem please tell

Two additions: this works only if you use a mining turret to mine; and there is a range limit for this (as Evanz said), around 700-800 meters.
