There isn't one. Devs said they aren't adding one either.

The scrap field behind Southampton, New London. There is a small Premium Scrap spot inside it.

There are two more, actually. Around the defunct jump gates in Bering and Hudson.

Those fields have less drop rate right?
Also, is the scrap field in New London having a drop rate on par with the Texas fields?

Texas fields are indeed the best. New London however is definitely closer to Tau-44/Alpha.

Yeah but there's not much you can take from Alpha to Bretonia I don't think.
