Due to several concerns regarding security, timing and ingame presence the zummit will now take place in a story thread.

It would almost be better to have a story thread for this. I'm at summer camp for the military and as I have two characters involved, in might be difficult. Of course, I won't admin due to "bias."
Also, at least a thread you have documented history should it be needed down the road.

there will be a thread that will contain all of the summit discussions and supplementary post summit RP which will be made after the summit happens.

I still say we have people fly ingame to baffin, take a screenshot of them arriving at Shasta, then we take the actual Zummit to the forums... (bandit)
