Dear Guildsmen, Dear Friends of the Colonial Republic, Dear Partners in the Yuma Project

We are happy to announce that the negotiations with Grunder Industries have been concluded successfully.

The IMG has owned 50 % of Grunder, a branch of the Guild that has specialised in Exploration and Research & Development, for years, but we were never more than shareholders of this successful startup.

With our current high demand in the R&D Sector due to the Yuma project, we decided to try a merging again. Today, for the sum of 4.500.000.000 credits, the missing shares were bought so that Grunder is now fully integrated into the Guild again. Transponder codes have been handed over and their ships will be flying IMG colors from now on.

We wish a warm welcome to the Grunder employees and I can tell you all something: There is a lot to do. Now, tomorrow and for the coming years. Welcome to the Guild! Welcome to a huge endeavour!
