Hmm that is rather nice looking. I love how it moves back and forth like that, like it is refreshing the shield or something similar. That is neat. And it even seems to originate from the shield dome thing on the ship, so nice. I am not sure what I think of the explosions and ripples yet, they look good though.

It is a very nice effect indeed. Seems to be coming from the core itself, which is also glowing nicely. I do like the look of it quite alot, and if I may put a fitting sneak advertisement in here, it would fit the Ingenuus' roleplay beautifully, with our power core and EM Fields and all.

Is that sphere crystal transparent? Love the particle effect that it is emitting! You've really outdone yourself Treewyrm, with this whole piece. Perhaps the ship could also have a unique shield to pair with the visual effect? Something akin to how nomad ships have veils, and display a unique visual when the shield takes damage. A pure-type shield would fit as well, if that crystal powering the shield is special.

Though Order still saw a nomad effect. A very paranoid character could say that after the sighting the nomad parts were hidden away in some station. I expect that it gets more easily resolved when the nomad effect is removed as quickly as possible, though.

cont.: on a side-note I have slightly modified effect so that the waves fade when the ship is moving. But once your ship stops it'll fade in back. It is done so that the effect would not obstruct vision during traveling as it remains visible even if you're in cockpit mode. This way there is fancy effect but at the same time it doesn't hinder movement and combat as you'd have some velocity anyway.

Why would the drama cease? The RP involved is cool to watch from an outside and impartial source. The Order vs TAZ affair is something to go read these forum every day.
And about that effect... it's simply awesome!
