The Leeds sell point is a freighter/snub-only docking port, so I imagine that's why it's pricing is higher there.

That's not too uncommon. There are Military Vehicles that are sold in Liberty & Rheinland that sell for different prices, too. Same with Passengers.

okay...was doing feasibility study of pirating routes for my new pirate char..
so...black market munitions from ring to Leeds was best..

You will still be seen as a criminal, as black market munitions are illegal, no matter you supply it to the resistance on Leeds.

Well it may be illegal whilst still in Rheinland, but when I got to Bretonia BOWEX were more than happy to help unload my pirate train full of the stuff on to Planet Leeds.
