The video screen lights up to a Kusarian girl, in a long white dress. She frowns a bit before leaning back in her chair.
"Konnichiwa! I was told by uh..Zoe? Zoe...Valentine! Yes. Zoe Valentine, one of your...officers told me to contact you here about something important."
She smiles before switching the camera to some images.
"So, I was flying into Texas when I see this junker, right?" She giggles a bit. "He was kinda hostile, not talking much and seemingly in a big hurry. So I followed him, because I'm new around here, and I wanna see what's so important!" She pouts. "But the funny thing was, I saw his cargo hold - full of orange-y illegal stuff! What's it called? Cardamine! That's the one!
So, he starts trying to evade me, saying nothing the whole time to me! Really mean, if I'm honest. And then he has the nerve to land on Houston...with, with that - poison!" She frowns, before continuing. "So...I talked with your officer, Zoe - she's awesome, by the way...you should promote her! - and she said that was really bad and I should tell you guys! So I am!" She giggles a little bit more, flipping the screen back to her face.
"If any of this is helpful, or if you do anything, let me know! That guy was really rude to me!" She pouts, before flipping a switch off-screen.
The transmission cuts out to static.
