To all RNC capital ships that wish to roam the Omicrons;
You must sign up for permission to fly your capital ship in the Omicrons here. Both The Core and the Rheinland Military High Command will review your request. Upon acceptance, The Core will update its list of permitted capital ships. When in the Omicrons, you must adhere to The Laws of The Core, as well as all Core protocols.
Any RNC ship found within the Omicrons without permission will be destroyed.

Upon approval, you will be required to send 20,000,000 credits to Core|Bank.1 as payment for your license to operate within the Omicrons. This is a monthly license, that will be expected to be paid at the beginning of each month. Failure to do so will result in a termination of your license.
You will also be required to submit a weekly report of your activities within the Omicron. This may include systems you have visited, as well as whatever you have conducted within said systems. If you have been collecting and researching nomadic material, we will need to be informed of where that material has gone and how it was been used.
Only [RM or BDM| vessels will be allowed to hold back classified information if required.
