As reported by Penumbra, the 5th| pilot wasn't using his thrusters or even being a challenge for the [101st] pilot. So according to standards set in use by the Primary Fleet (LPI- | =LSF= | [LN]) Please, at least hold a regular training session for your pilots, so they meet these standards. Or employ the use of personnel with exceptional skill to pilot your warships, fighters, and gunboats.

Greetings. Iam sorry that i could not repply to this transmission sooner. We had technical problems with our communication arrays.
The 5th pilot your agent encountered was a recruit who joined our ranks not long ago, and he is under a training period. Yet iam not sure why he left the training center before he finished the training period. I will investigate this matter as soon as i can. Also i appologies about our recruits doing.
