Guten Abend,

I am Daniela Winter, Admiral of the Rheinwehr and chosen representative of the Kanzler himself. I contact you today with an urgent and troubling matter, which will need immediate action. It was been observed multiple times that an entity which is considered hostile by the Federal Republic of Rheinland, namely the UEC, has been granted docking access by the Dockmaster of Freistadt, from where this group seems to base their incursions into the Republic. The evidence gathered to these happenings is attached to this transmission. I expect you to rectify this situation quickly or the Rheinwehr will see itself forced to take further action to protect the Federal Republic.

Better also close your own docking bays on all Rheinland bases. I think I even saw some docking on the Battleship. They could even dock at Planet New Berlin at the moment. This would be a good joke, if it was not a serious matter.
