There is clear evidence of you saying "IMG you have bounty at your head I am here to collect it". This really doens´t look like misunderstanding to me. Just for your informormation, as far as I know only thing which saved you from getting same punishment as Herr Titor was lack of evidence, and also because destruction of the civilian ship was made by him and not by you.
