Notification to Phoenix Zoners | Re: Arrest Warrants

This is a notification to the Phoenix Zoner group in accord to the details of the events recorded by Kruger on the 31st of August, 821 A.S.

The following charges are hereby placed for acts against the Laws of Rheinland:

§1. A number of organizations is declared extremely dangerous and all the members of those organizations are to be arrested or eliminated:

Therefore due to the severity of these acts and changes of Bundspolizei Zero-Tolerance Policy, the following vessels have been placed under immediate arrest by the Federal Polizei of Rheinland and are to be moved to Vierlande Federal Prison for Impound within the next 24 hours. Proponents to have them returned from Vierlande are open to do so only after this incident has been declared over and all charges dropped. Refusal to co-operate is deemed unwise.

Christian Burton, leader of the Phoenix group speaking. First off all, we are apology for action of our vessel, which are resulted break of Rheinland laws. We tend to keep our homeships far from house space, but due to critical situation on (\^/)Akros with a navigation system, malfunction led jump drive into wrong system, origin destination was Omega-9.

As Akros at this moment is moored with our shipyard for maintenance and cannot to be moved, I would like to pay any fines for this uncomfortable incident.

As for your second evidence - vessel which known as "Kloun" never been registered in Phoenix databank, most likely someone pretend to be us, interested in spoiling relationship between Phoenix and Federal Republic of Rheinlnad. We hold no responsibility over this ship, as this is not part of our fleet.
