Good day brothers,

I have a very good news for us.
Today, our engineers found the blueprint of the RH-GM461 "Hel" Cruiser in the central computer of a wreck brought to Puerto Rico.
Our engineers think that the blueprint is complete and that we could use it to build a new ship.
However, they will need a lot of supplies to build this ship.
They gave me a list of what they need:

This materials has to be brought to Puerto Rico. (//remember to take ScreenShot)
Don't deliver every comodities to Vieques shipyard, our stock being limited. (// take the best price in the system)
This is a great oppotunity for the Congress to build a ship who will be able to cover the .:j:.Claymore.O'Gordon in battles.

In hopes that this building will be finish as soon as possible.
