I have restarted my character on Freelancer starting in Liberty [to get Firefly] and I didn't know that it will be hostile with all Gallics (at least to the GRN, as I found out in Rishiri). I have been looking for bribes for Gallic factions outside Gallia but no avail.

That's not how it works, really. Do you have GJ's friendly? You can dock on their bases and get a bribe. Or shoot depots. Or lots of NPC's. I'd go with depots.

I had decent success fixing the Gallic reps of a very old Samura char by taking bribes on Java, Tau-23.
IIRC, I did bribes for GRP and some Gallic corps which was enough to make all lawfuls, GRN included, at least neutral.

The depots are a real fast way of doing it too, unless someone has just been there and shot them. If you can find Aerelm's guide, I think it's in there.

I guess the IMG base in Orkney has a bribe for GRP and some other gallic corps that might do the trick for you.

i know im pointing out the obvious, but there are FL and Civ restarts for all 5 houses.
You would have been good doing the kusari Civ or FL restarts as they give pretty good reps.

y'could just go through a buncha gallic factions, equip their respective IDs through the wonders of conn transfers, and use the rephacks to fix your rep
You'll trash your Sirian reps but thats Gallia in a nutshell anyway
